PLACE ORDER

My order is a gift - can you remove the invoice from the package?

No worries! Your order does not contain an invoice in the package itself. We strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible, which is why all information is sent by email. To make the surprise perfect, we strongly recommend NOT using the recipient's email address but your own.

Can I add a personal note?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a personal note to your order at this time.

How will my package be delivered? What type of packaging do you use?

We use different local printing sites around the world to minimize CO2 emissions, and for this reason we have selected a more minimal and eco-friendly packaging option.

Orders containing both prints and frames are shipped flat together in the same package, back to back, with the print inside its own protective sleeve.

Orders containing only posters will arrive in either a sturdy cardboard tube or a thick cardboard flat mailer, depending on the production location.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Our paper and wood materials are mainly produced by FSC certified suppliers, ensuring that the materials meet the highest environmental standards. The FSC (Forest Security Council) is a global non-profit organisation promoting the ethical management of the world's forestry. They fight to protect future generations, combat deforestation and for the protection of wild animals and plants. Our environmentally friendly inks capture every intricate detail of the chosen location and ensure a crisp, smooth finish.

We have local printing in over 30 countries, allowing you to place your order faster! This also reduces the transportation of printed products by 90% and carbon emissions from the transportation process.

Can you deliver my order to two separate addresses?

We always want to be as accommodating as possible to our customers, but unfortunately it is currently not possible for us to send orders in separate packages to different locations. Although we are not perfect, we do have a desire to respect the environment and as such we try to reduce excess packaging and waste.

My zip code returns an error message when validating my cart. What should I do?

We require a fully correct delivery address, including postcode, to ensure prompt delivery of your poster.

If you are unable to enter your zip code for any reason or your zip code is not recognized, please contact us via our contact form with your full address, and we will do our best to find a quick solution for you!

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

My order tracking hasn't been updated for a week. Is there a problem?

It can take some time for your tracking information to update, and we generally recommend waiting up to one full business day for your tracking link to be updated with your delivery information! While rare, orders can sometimes be delayed for a variety of reasons: a delay at your local post office, slow customs, holiday seasons.

Please contact the shipping company handling your package directly via the link in your tracking email.

Where will my order be shipped from?

We print locally in over 30 countries! This allows us to process your order as quickly as possible, reducing the transportation of printed products and our carbon emissions by 90%.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship our posters to over 100 countries, on every continent! Delivery times may vary by country, and you may be required to pay customs fees when shipping to countries outside the European Union.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

Yes, please keep in mind that customs duties may apply if an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU. These charges are not included in the final price when ordering.

Customs fees and import taxes are collected when the shipment reaches your shipping address, and you will be responsible for paying these import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what these charges may cost, as they depend on the shipping destination.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery times may vary depending on where you want to be delivered. Please note that these times are estimates.

Standard Delivery : 6-12 business days

Priority delivery:

Within EU/EEA: 5-8 working days

Rest of the world: 5-8 working days

Express delivery:

Within EU/EEA: 3-5 working days

Rest of the world: 3-5 working days

I need my order urgently!

We understand that life can be unexpected sometimes and suddenly that birthday is approaching at the speed of light. Fear not, we've got you covered. Simply choose our express shipping or priority shipping option at checkout for faster processing and delivery!

Please note that once you have placed your order, we will not be able to change the delivery method initially selected.

I never received my order. Is it lost?

Your order may have been delivered to a parcel relay point or a local collection point, or your order may have been returned to us. Here are some steps to follow:

- Search for a delivery attempt voucher

- Ask around if anyone else has accepted delivery on your behalf (family, neighbors, coworkers, etc.)

- Some packages are sent through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever you receive mail.

- Contact the shipping company handling your package directly via the link in your tracking email

My order was returned to you before I could collect it.

No worries! Please contact us via our contact form with your order number and we will take care of sending it back to you as soon as possible!

PAYMENT

What types of payment do you offer?

We accept credit card payments, and Payal! We support Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards.

You can easily select your preferred payment method during checkout.

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes, absolutely. Your card must have the Visa, Mastercard or American Express logo. We also accept Paypal worldwide.

Do you have gift cards?

At the moment, we do not offer gift cards unfortunately, but it is in development!

How long does it take for my payment to be processed?

When you pay with a credit/debit card, your account is charged when your card has been approved, this may take 2-3 days to show on your end.

We do our best to be transparent in our communication about how we will use the information collected, for what purpose, and with whom the information is shared.

PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER

Can I add another poster to my order after checkout?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to add any more items to your order.

Can I return my poster holder/frame?

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us via our address sav@mindsetdecoration.com within 2 weeks of your order so that we can replace it. Be sure to include the following:

- A picture of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging

- Order identification number

I received a different product than the one I ordered. What should I do?

This doesn't happen often, but if you receive a different poster or frame than you ordered, please contact us via our email address sav@mindsetdecoration.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order, and we will arrange a redelivery for the correct items.

Can I change the shipping address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your shipping address once your order has been shipped. You will need to contact the shipping company directly once you receive your tracking link.

I have not received any response from you!

We usually respond within 48 hours of receiving your request. If you have not received a response from us, please check your Spam folder.

If you still can't find our answer, please contact us via our contact form, and we will help you as soon as possible!

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

It doesn't happen often, but sometimes accidents can happen during shipping or delivery. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us via our address sav@mindsetdecoration.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order, so we can find the best solution for you. Be sure to include the following:

- an image of the damaged product and the damaged packaging

- order identification number

I haven't received my order confirmation. How do I know if my order has been processed?

It doesn't happen often, but in rare cases, your order confirmation may not have reached you. This could be due to a typo in the email address you provided or your email server rejecting the email. Please check your spam folder for the confirmation and look for emails from us. If you can't find any trace of it, contact us at our address savmindsetdecoration.com

What type of paper and ink are your posters printed on?

Each poster is printed on demand on premium quality FSC certified paper, weighing 200mg2, ensuring the paper will last for a long time. Our eco-friendly inks ensure a crisp, smooth finish, and our matte texture ensures your print doesn't look glossy when proudly displayed on your wall.

Are the materials eco-friendly?

Your posters are carefully printed on FSC® certified paper, ensuring that the paper comes from a sustainable source and meets the highest environmental standards.

Where are your products manufactured?

Made in France. Our collaboration with 100 printing partners in 30 countries allows us to produce your posters closer to you, in a more sustainable way.
