What are the delivery times and how much does delivery cost?

Our products are shipped from logistics warehouses closest to your delivery location. All orders are processed within an estimated time of 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.

Regarding delivery, the time ranges from an additional 24 to 72 hours (it may be a little longer if you live abroad), depending on the delivery service you choose. During school holiday periods and busy periods, delivery times may be affected.

Delivery costs depend on the number of items you order and the amount of your order. Delivery costs will be displayed when finalizing your order. Please note that for certain countries we apply a surcharge due to very high delivery costs.

How to track my order ?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and tracking information, which will allow you to follow your package until it is delivered.

Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sav@mindsetdecoration.com with your name and order number, and we will will review for you.

We ensure delivery of our products worldwide.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Mindset Decoration is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer

What should I do if I am not at home during delivery?

If the carrier requires a signature from you upon delivery and you are not present, you will have the option to schedule a new delivery or collect the package from a collection center of your choice, usually the nearest one. of your delivery address. Which carriers do you use and how do I contact them?

We deliver via different delivery companies depending on your location.

Depending on the option you have chosen, you will be notified by email of the tracking number and the name of the carrier. If you need to contact them, we recommend that you do a search directly on the internet (type for example: "Colissomo customer service number"), you will then have the most up-to-date information possible.

Do I have to pay customs duties upon receipt?

Customers residing in Switzerland and countries outside of Europe may be subject to import fees.

Please note that these additional charges are not included in the price displayed on our website and are independent of our company. They depend on your country's customs regulations. If you are required to pay these costs, they will be your responsibility.

I received the wrong product, my product is broken/damaged, what should I do?

We would be sorry if you receive an incorrect or damaged item. In this situation, please contact our customer service sav@mindsetdecoration.com as quickly as possible and send us photos corresponding to your case. We will do everything we can to quickly find the best solution.

Who pays for the return of my order?

If the return is due to a defective product, the return costs will be covered by our company. However, if you return the product because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that it is important to respect the return period of 14 days from receipt of your order.

How do I return my product?

Do you carry out exchanges?

When and how will I be reimbursed?

If you have requested a refund for your order and depending on the situation, it may be necessary for us to wait to receive the returned product before refunding you. Once our teams have validated the return, the funds will be credited to the payment method you used. The refund will appear in your account within a maximum of one working week from receipt of the refund confirmation.

What should I do if I haven't received my refund?

How long do I have to return my product if I am not satisfied?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to contact us and return your product(s).

If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
